Orelabrutinib,Rituximab and Methotrexate in Newly Diagnosed Primary Central Nervous System Lymphoma
It is a single arm, multicenter, phase 2 study to explore the efficacy and safety study of OR-MTX chemotherapy(Orelabrutinib, Rituximab and Methotrexate)as first-line regimens in the treatment of newly diagnosed primary central nervous system lymphoma. Objective response rate is the primary endpoint.

Orelabrutinib,Rituximab and Methotrexate in Newly-diagnosed Primary Central Nervous System Lymphoma(PCNSL)
This is a prospective single arm,multi-center,phase 2 study, and this study is to evaluate the efficacy and safety of Orelabrutinib,Rituximab combined with high-dose Methotrexate(RMO) as first line regimens in the treatments of newly diagnosed primary central nervous system lymphoma(PCNSL).Objective response and complete response are the primary endpoint.

Outcome Analysis of Endoscopic Resection of Pituitary Adenomas
The goal of this prospective study is to learn about the operative outcomes in patients with pituitary adenoma who receive endoscopic resection. The main question it aims to answer is: • What are the outcomes of patient following endoscopic resection? including visual, hormonal, survival, and functional outcomes. Participants' data including clinical history, laboratory data, radiographic images, intraoperative videos will be evaluated and analyzed.

Ovarian Reserve and Semen Parameters Evolution During Adjuvant Therapy in Melanoma
Prospective multicentric study including women aged 18 to 37 and men aged 18 to 45 during their visit to centers for the study and storage of human sperm and eggs (CECOS). Subjects will be included before adjuvant treatment initiation (T0) and immediately after treatment (approximately 1 year after initiation, T1), and, in late post treatment (1 year after treatment cessation, T2). Expected results: This study will evaluate the evolution of AMH, AFC, and semen parameters in our cohort of melanoma patients treated with anti-PD-1 and targeted therapy in an adjuvant and neoadjuvantsettings.

Oxidative Phosphorylation Targeting In Malignant Glioma Using Metformin Plus Radiotherapy Temozolomide
Tailored approaches targeting crucial oncogenes and pathways have shown successful results in a number of cancer types and offer exciting perspective in neuro-oncology. IDH (Isocitrate dehydrogenase) wild-type (IDHwt) glioblastoma (GBM) (10%) present a unique and homogenous energetic metabolism which is specifically dependent on the oxidative phosphorylation (OXPHOS) rather than on the aerobic glycolysis. OXPHOS+ IDHwt GBMs overexpress mitochondrial markers and can be specifically inhibited by mitochondrial inhibitors in vitro and in vivo. Metformin is an oral inhibitor of mitochondrial complex I and is a widely used drug in diabetic and non-diabetic patients, safe and well...

Pancreas Registry and High Risk Registry
The purpose of this study is to establish a registry of patients with pancreatic diseases. Patients included in the registry may include those with: pancreatic cancer, precancerous lesions of the pancreas, inflammatory lesions of the pancreas, cystic lesions of the pancreas, and patients at high-risk of pancreatic cancer such as those with a family history of pancreatic cancer or with a family history of a syndrome known to be associated with pancreatic cancer. Pancreatic cancer is the fourth leading cause of death from cancer in the United States. However, little is known about the development of pancreatic cancer and pancreatic diseases in individuals with the above...

Panitumumab-IRDye800 in Diagnosing Participants With Malignant Glioma Undergoing Surgery
The phase I/II trial studies the side effects and best dose of panitumumab-IRDye800 in diagnosing participants with malignant glioma who undergo surgery. Panitumumab-IRDye800 can attach to tumor cells and make them more visible using a special camera during surgery, which may help surgeons better distinguish tumor cells from normal brain tissue and identify small tumors that cannot be seen using current imaging methods.

Pan-tumor MRD Study
The purpose of this observational study is to collect clinical information, blood, and tumor tissue samples from participants diagnosed with stage I, stage II, or operable stage III cancer in select solid tumors. The information collected will be used to develop tests to better understand cancer, for example, to improve cancer detection and to assess the risk of cancer coming back. Participants will receive routine standard of care from their doctor and their involvement is expected to last for approximately five and a half (5.5) years.
