RP1 in Primary Melanoma to Reduce the Risk of Sentinel Lymph Node Metastasis
This early-phase study will examine Vusolimogene Oderparepvec, a genetically modified oncolytic viral strain of the herpes simplex type 1 (HSV-1) virus, with potential oncolytic, immunostimulating and antineoplastic activities. Upon administration, vusolimogene oderparepvec specifically targets, infects and replicates in tumor cells and does not infect healthy cells. This results in tumor cell lysis and the release of virus particles which infect and replicate within nearby tumor cells, resulting in tumor cel death. The immune system is activated by the released tumor-associated antigens (TAAs) from the tumor cells creating an anti-tumor immune response against the tumor...

Sacituzumab Govitecan With or Without Atezolizumab Immunotherapy in Rare Genitourinary Tumors (SMART) Such as High Grade Neuroendocrine Carcinomas, Adenocarcinoma, and Squamous Cell Bladder/Urinary Tract Cancer, Renal Medullary Carcinoma and Penile C...
Background: Rare tumors of the genitourinary (GU) tract can appear in the kidney, bladder, ureters, and penis. Rare tumors are difficult to study because there are not enough people to conduct large trials for new treatments. Two drugs-sacituzumab govitecan (SG) and atezolizumab-are each approved to treat other cancers. Researchers want to find out if the two drugs used together can help people with GU. Objective: To test SG, either alone or combined with atezolizumab, in people with rare GU tumors. Eligibility: Adults aged 18 years and older with rare GU tumors. These may include high grade neuroendocrine carcinomas; squamous cell carcinoma of the bladder; primary...

Safety and Efficacy of CAR-T Cell Therapy for Relapsed/refractory Neuroblastoma and Desmoplastic Small Round Cell Tumors: a Single-arm, Open-label Trial.
Title: Safety and efficacy of CAR-T cell therapy for relapsed/refractory neuroblastoma and desmoplastic small round cell tumors: a single-arm, open-label trial. The CART used in this study will be provided by Shanghai YaKe Biotechnology Ltd. Aims: 1. To evaluate the safety and efficacy of GD2/B7H3 CAR-T therapy for relapsed/refractory neuroblastoma, and observe its pharmacokinetic/pharmacodynamic characteristics and the survival of CAR-T cells in relapsed/refractory neuroblastoma patients. 2. To evaluate the safety and efficacy of GD2/B7H3 CAR-T therapy for relapsed/refractory desmoplastic small round cell tumor, and observe its ...

Safety and Efficacy of L19TNF Plus Temozolomide Chemoradiotherapy in Patients With Newly Diagnosed Glioblastoma
The purpose of this study is to explore the safety profile and establish a recommended dose (RD) for phase II of the antibody-cytokine fusion protein L19TNF plus standard TMZ chemoradiotherapy in patients with newly diagnosed glioblastoma. The study will be conducted in three consecutive parts: a dose finding part to determine the RD of L19TNF in combination with chemoradiotherapy, followed by a signal seeking part that investigates first signs of activity and then an activity evaluation part that studies the efficacy of L19TNF in combination with chemoradiotherapy against chemoradiotherapy alone.
