Neoadjuvant PD-1 Blockade in Patients with Stage IIB/C Melanoma
The main purpose of this study is to determine the rate of positive sentinel lymph nodes (i.e. the closest draining lymph node(s) to the primary melanoma site) and to test whether treatment with pembrolizumab before surgery to remove melanoma reduces the rate of positive sentinel lymph nodes in patients with Stage IIB/C melanoma. Subjects with stage II melanoma will receive one dose of pembrolizumab 200 mg, then undergo standard definitive surgery with wide excision and sentinel lymph node (SLN) biopsy approximately 3 weeks after the initial dose of pembrolizumab. Post-operatively, subjects will receive up to 1 year of adjuvant pembrolizumab 200 mg every 3 weeks.

Neoadjuvant PD-1 Inhibitor Dostarlimab (TSR-042) vs. Combination of Tim-3 Inhibitor Cobolimab (TSR-022) and PD-1 Inhibitor Dostarlimab (TSR-042) in Melanoma
The purpose of this study is to test the effects of anti-PI-1 inhibitor (TSR-042) or anti-PD-1/anti-TIM-3 combination (TSR-042 / TSR-022) in patients with operable melanoma.

Neural and Cognitive Correlates of Pragmatic Abilities
Pragmatics of language refers to the set of abilities that allow one to use and interpret language according to context and, in general, to communicate effectively. Disorders in the pragmatics of language are prevalent in various clinical populations. They are a cause of social withdrawal and worse quality of life, both for patients directly affected and for their family members. Despite this, this type of disorder is rarely considered in neuropsychological assessment and rehabilitation. This study's objective is to characterize pragmatic deficits in various neurological populations, allowing for the most accurate diagnosis possible and leading to the planning of personalized...

Neuroblastoma Precision Trial
This proposal sets forth the platform for a Precision Medicine clinical trial through the New Approaches to Neuroblastoma Therapy (NANT) consortium. The plan is to utilize NANT's established multi-institutional infrastructure and Translational Genomics Research Institute GEM sequencing platform for acquisition and gene panel sequencing of relapsed biological specimens in relapsed/refractory neuroblastoma (rNB) including those obtained from the bone, bone marrow or soft tissue. Our primary aim is to identify subgroups of rNB patients who have potentially targetable genetic (ALK, MAPK pathway, Metabolic-related genes) and/or immunologic (tumor-associated macrophage...

Neuroendocrine Tumors - Patient Reported Outcomes
With so many therapeutic options available (i.e.: biologic therapy, liver directed therapy, radiotherapy and chemotherapy), the purpose of this project is to partner with patients on comparative effectiveness research (CER) to achieve the goal of alleviating undue toxicity, and optimizing effectiveness and sequencing of therapy for neuroendocrine tumors (NET) patients. We will conduct a study of all newly occurring GEP-NET and lung NET cases aged 18 years and older diagnosed between 01/01/2018 through 09/30/2024 across 14 sites participating in the National Patient-Centered Clinical Research Network (PCORnet), enrolling an average of 215 patients per site over the 3 year study...

Neuropsychological Care for Maintaining Quality of Life After Radiation Therapy in Patients With Brain Metastases
This phase II trial studies the effect of neuropsychological evaluation and intervention in maintaining quality of life after radiation therapy in patients with cancer that has spread to the brain (metastases). Quality of life refers to the overall enjoyment of life. It holds varying meanings for different people and may evolve over time. For some individuals it implies autonomy, empowerment, capability, and choice; for others, security, social integration, or freedom from stress or illness. Neuropsychological evaluation is used to examine the cognitive (thinking) consequences of brain damage, brain disease, and severe mental illness. Deterioration of both quality of life...
