Italian Prospective Observational Study Assessing the Effectiveness and Outcomes Associated With Lutathera Treatment in GEP-NETs
This is a multicentre long-term non-interventional study of adult subjects diagnosed with unresectable or metastatic, progressive, well differentiated (G1 and G2), somatostatin receptor positive GEP-NETs who have been prescribed Lutathera® in standard clinical practice.

IT-hu14.18-IL2 With Radiation, Nivolumab and Ipilimumab for Melanoma
This phase I/II trial is designed to determine the maximum tolerated dose or the maximum administered dose of intratumoral administration of hu14.18-IL2 and to evaluate side effects of intratumoral hu14.18-IL2 when given alone, after radiation therapy, after radiation therapy and in combination with nivolumab, and after radiation therapy and in combination with nivolumab and ipilimumab in patients with melanoma that is advanced (stage IV) or with melanoma that cannot be removed by surgery and is considered surgically incurable. Ivosidenib in Treating Patients With Advanced Solid Tumors, Lymphoma, or Histiocytic Disorders With IDH1 Mutations (A Pediatric MATCH Treatment Trial)
This phase II Pediatric MATCH trial studies how well ivosidenib works in treating patients with solid tumors, including central nervous system tumors, lymphomas and histiocytic disorders that have not responded to (refractory) or have come back after (recurrent) prior treatment that have IDH (isocitrate dehydrogenase) 1 genetic alterations (mutations). Ivosidenib may block the growth of cancer cells that have specific genetic changes in an important signaling pathway called the IDH pathway.

Ixazomib, Gemcitabine, and Doxorubicin in Treating Patients With Locally Advanced or Metastatic Kidney Cancer
This phase II trial studies how well ixazomib, gemcitabine, and doxorubicin work in treating patients with kidney cancer that has spread to other places in the body (locally advanced or metastatic). Ixazomib may stop the growth of tumor cells by blocking some of the enzymes needed for cell growth. Drugs used in chemotherapy, such as gemcitabine and doxorubicin, work in different ways to stop the growth of tumor cells, either by killing the cells, by stopping them from dividing, or by stopping them from spreading. Giving ixazomib, gemcitabine, and doxorubicin may work better in treating patients with kidney cancer.

Ketogenic Diet in Combination With Standard-of-care Radiation and Temozolomide for Patients With Glioblastoma
Enrolled subjects will be placed on a 16-week ketogenic diet (subject specific as prescribed by RD) while receiving standard of care cancer treatment (Radiation + Temozolomide). Study dietitians will create personalized meal plans for each patient with the goal of achieving and maintaining protocol defined metabolic ketosis. Subjects will be monitored for safety, nutrition, quality of life, and standard of care tumor assessments over the course of the study.

LAM561 With RT and TMZ for Adults With Glioblastoma
The proposed Phase IIB/III randomized, double-blind, placebo-controlled trial in subjects with newly diagnosed primary glioblastoma multiforme (ndGBM) aims to compare the efficacy and safety of LAM561 versus placebo, given with standard of care (SoC) therapy of radiation therapy plus temozolomide (TMZ), followed by an adjuvant treatment of 6 month period of TMZ and then LAM561 or placebo in monotherapy.

The objectives of this study are: - To assess the efficacy of lanreotide given every 4 weeks in participants with advanced or metastatic paraganglioma/ pheochromocytoma. - To assess the toxicity and safety of lanreotide in participants with advanced or metastatic paraganglioma/ pheochromocytoma. - To document the effects of lanreotide on markers of biochemical activity in participants with advanced or metastatic paraganglioma/ pheochromocytoma. Larotrectinib in Treating Patients With Previously Untreated TRK Fusion Solid Tumors and TRK Fusion Relapsed Acute Leukemia
This phase II trial studies the side effects and how well larotrectinib works in treating patients with previously untreated TRK fusion solid tumors and TRK fusion acute leukemia that has come back. Larotrectinib may stop the growth of cancer cells with TRK fusions by blocking the TRK enzymes needed for cell growth.

This phase II Pediatric MATCH trial studies how well larotrectinib works in treating patients with solid tumors, non-Hodgkin lymphoma, or histiocytic disorders with NTRK fusions that may have spread from where it first started to nearby tissue, lymph nodes, or distant parts of the body (advanced) and have come back (relapased) or does not respond to treatment (refractory). Late Effects After Treatment in Patients With Previously Diagnosed High-Risk Neuroblastoma
This research trial studies late effects after treatment in patients with previously diagnosed high-risk neuroblastoma. Studying late effects after treatment may help to decide which treatments for high-risk neuroblastoma are better tolerated with less side effects over time.
