A Study to Test How BI 765063 and BI 770371 Are Taken up in Tumours of People With Different Types of Advanced Cancer Who Are Also Taking Ezabenlimab
This study is open to adults with advanced head and neck cancer, skin cancer, or non-small cell lung cancer. People can take part if previous treatments were not successful. The purpose of this study is to find out how 2 medicines called BI 765063 and BI 770371 are taken up in the tumours and how they get distributed in the body. In addition to BI 765063 or BI 770371, participants also receive ezabenlimab. BI 765063, BI 770371 and ezabenlimab are antibodies that may help the immune system fight cancer. Such therapies are also called immune checkpoint inhibitors. Participants get either BI 765063 or BI 770371 in combination with...

A Study to Test How Well Different Doses of BI 764532 Are Tolerated by People With a Tumour in the Brain That is Positive for DLL3
This study (1438-0003) is open to adults with a tumour in the brain that is positive for the tumour marker delta-like 3 (DLL3). This study is in people with advanced cancer for whom previous treatment was not successful. The purpose of this study is to find out the highest dose of BI 764532 that people with a brain tumour that is positive for DLL3 can tolerate. BI 764532 is an antibody-like molecule that can attach and link together the cancer cells and T-cells of the immune system (DLL3/CD3 bispecific). This may help the immune system fight cancer. Participants get BI 764532 infusions into a vein when starting treatment. If...

A Study to Test How Well Different Doses of BI 764532 in Combination With Ezabenlimab Are Tolerated by People With Small Cell Lung Cancer and Other Neuroendocrine Tumours That Are Positive for DLL3
This study is open to adults with small cell lung cancer and other neuroendocrine tumours that are positive for the tumour marker Delta-like 3 (DLL3). The study is in people with advanced cancer for whom previous treatment was not successful or no standard treatment exists. The purpose of this study is to find out the highest dose of BI 764532 that people can tolerate when taken together with another medicine called ezabenlimab. BI 764532 and ezabenlimab are antibodies that may help the immune system fight cancer. Participants get BI 764532 and ezabenlimab as infusions into a vein. If there is benefit for the participants...

A Study to Understand Participant's Experiences in Gastro-enteropancreatic Neuroendocrine Tumors (GEP-NETs) and Acromegaly
Participants of this study are adults with GEP-NETs and/or acromegaly who were using the Ipsen lanreotide syringe and have transitioned in the last 6 months to the Pharmathen lanreotide syringe, having received at least two injections using the Pharmathen syringe. GEP-NETs are abnormal growths that develop in the digestive system, including the stomach, intestines, and pancreas. These tumors arise from special cells called neuroendocrine cells, which are found in these organs and release hormones to regulate various bodily functions. GEP-NETs can be slow-growing, and symptoms may vary depending on their location and size. ...

A Study Using Radiation Therapy and Temozolomide to Treat Glioblastoma in Patients Over 70
In this study we propose to determine outcomes of patients age 70 or older treated with radiation over 2 weeks given with temozolomide 75 mg/m2 daily during radiotherapy and as a post radiation treatment of 150 mg/m2 - 200 mg /m2 for 6 cycles or until the disease progresses.

A Study Utilizing Escitalopram in Glioma Patients
This pilot study will include grade IV glioma patients treated with SSRIs during approximately a 17 week study period. Changes in cognition and evaluation of psychosocial factors from baseline to after 17 weeks of treatment with SSRI study drug will be calculated.

A Taiwanese Oncogenetic Panel and Integrated Clinical Data Registry Study for Diffuse Glioma
Glioma is a major histological subtype of primary malignant brain tumors in Taiwan, with distinct epidemiological, clinical, and pathological features comparing to the other common cancer diseases. The disease rarely appears with metastatic disease at diagnosis, and with the most malignant subtype, glioblastoma, occurs with preference in mid- to old-age. For decades, primary malignant brain tumors has been known as one of the most desperate disease without successful improvement regarding of the treatment. Surgical resection is the principle for the primary treatment of gliomas. Chemotherapy and radiotherapy are often applied to...

Atezolizumab and Cabozantinib for the Treatment of Recurrent Glioblastoma
This phase I/II trial tests the safety and side effects of atezolizumab in combination with cabozantinib and whether they work to shrink tumors in patients with glioblastoma that has come back (recurrent). Immunotherapy with monoclonal antibodies, such as atezolizumab, may help the body's immune system attack the cancer, and may interfere with the ability of tumor cells to grow and spread. Cabozantinib may stop the growth of tumor cells by blocking some of the enzymes needed for cell growth. Giving atezolizumab and cabozantinib may help control the disease in patients with recurrent glioblastoma.

Atezolizumab and Pre-Surgical Brain Radiation Therapy for Glioblastoma Multiforme
This is a single-arm pilot study that will recruit 12 patients with newly diagnosed Glioblastoma, a malignant brain tumor with a poor prognosis. Patients will be treated with fractionated stereotactic radiotherapy (FSRT) for 2 weeks, in addition to two doses of Atezolizumab (Tecentriq), an FDA approved PD- L1 inhibitor drug, 840 mg IV, at the beginning and at the end of the two-week time period, concomitantly with FSRT. After this initial two weeks treatment the patients will undergo craniotomy and maximal safe resection as per normal care for a GB. After surgery patients will follow the normal care for glioblastoma in addition to...
