Lenalidomide Maintenance Treatment in Patients With Primary Central Nervous System Lymphoma
The study will include 28 patients with primary CNS DLBCL who are ineligible with autologous hematopoietic stem cell transplantation or whole brain radiation therapy as consolidation therapy. Induction treatment will include Rituximab and high dose methotrexate protocol (containing at least methotrexate and one more chemotherapy agent). Patients with MRI documented response CR or PR after induction chemotherapy will enter the study protocol of lenalidomide maintenance (at a dose of 15 mg per day, on days 1 to 21 of each 28-day cycle) for a maximum of 12 cycles, withdrew consent, the disease progressed, or unacceptable...

Lenvatinib Plus Pembrolizumab in Well Differentiated G3 Neuroendocrine Tumors
This is the first study to be done in a newly described class of neuroendocrine tumors known as well-differentiated grade 3 neuroendocrine tumors (WD G3 NET). First described in the pancreas in 2017, the classification was broadened to include gastrointestinal tract tumors in 2019. Recent data suggest an equivalent subtype exists in the lungs (NEC with carcinoid morphology). WD G3 NETs can occur de novo as well as the result of grade progression over time. This is a single arm, multi-site, Phase II study in biomarker "unselected" participants. This study will also incorporate serial blood samples, tumor biopsies, and special imaging...

Lesion-to-lesion Comparison of 68Ga-HA-DOTATATE, 18F-DOPA, and 18F-FDG PET/CT in the Evaluation of Metastatic Neuroendocrine Tumors
This study is a single centre non-randomized non-blinded phase II prospective cohort study including 50 participants. The objective of this study is to directly compare 68Ga-HA-DOTATATE, 18F-DOPA, and 18F-FDG activity in patients with metastatic neuroendocrine tumors (NETs) on a lesion-by-lesion basis. The investigators will determine the prevalence of concordant versus discordant disease. Secondary objectives include assessing the standardized uptake value (SUV) and determining if there is any correlation between discordance and disease progression.

LET Optimized IMPT in Treating Pediatric Patients With Ependymoma
This phase I trial studies the side effects of linear energy transfer (LET) optimized image modulated proton therapy (IMPT) in treating pediatric patients with ependymoma. Radiation therapy such as LET optimized IMPT, uses proton beams to kill tumor cells and shrink tumors without damaging surrounding normal tissues.

LIBERTY: Liquid Biopsy to Diagnose and Monitor CNS Involvement in High-risk B Cell Non-Hodgkin Lymphoma
Prevention and treatment of CNS relapse remains a great unmet clinical need in the management of aggressive B-NHL. Hence, investigating novel diagnostic tests is of paramount importance to improve risk-stratification of lymphoma patients at diagnosis, as is the evaluation of novel therapeutic approaches that may prevent and / or treat CNS recurrence. Based on the highlighted evidence, the investigators hypothesize that ctDNA detected within the CSF could potentially improve the detection rate of CNS involvement and consequently improve patients' stratification and better discriminate those in need of consolidative CNS prophylaxis on a ...

Lifileucel With Reduced Dose Fludarabine/Cyclophosphamide Lymphodepletion and Interleukin-2 for the Treatment of Patients With Unresectable or Metastatic Melanoma
This phase II trial tests how well lifileucel, with reduce dose fludarabine and cyclophosphamide for lymphodepletion and interleukin-2, work for treating patients with melanoma that cannot be removed by surgery (unresectable) or that has spread from where it first started (primary site) to other places in the body (metastatic).Lifileucel is made up of specialized immune cells called lymphocytes or T cells that are taken from a patient's tumor, grown in a manufacturing facility and infused back into the preconditioned patient to attack the tumor. Giving Lifileucel with a reduced dose of fludarabine and cyclophosphamide for...

Lipiodol Deposition Using Endhole vs. Pressure-Modulated Delivery
The goal of this clinical trial is to compare CT scan of the coverage of tumors treated with TACE using End Hole catheters to those treated with the TriNav catheter that alters tissue pressure. Both catheters are FDA approved for delivery of TACE. • Is there a difference in CT appearance with delivery in the type of catheter used during the TACE procedure? Participants will be asked to undergo a TACE procedure, a CT scan and review of their medical record to compare End Hole and TriNav catheters during TACE procedures.

Liquid Biopsy Evaluation and Repository Development at Princess Margaret
The objective of this protocol is to develop an institution-wide liquid biopsy protocol that will establish a common process for collecting blood and corresponding archived tumor specimens for future research studies at the University Health Network's Princess Margaret Cancer Centre. Circulating cell-free nucleic acids (cfNA), including cell-free DNA (cfDNA) and cell-free RNA (cfRNA), are non-invasive, real-time biomarkers that can provide diagnostic and prognostic information before cancer diagnosis, during cancer treatment, and at disease progression. Cancer research scientists and clinicians at the Princess Margaret are interested...

Liquid Biopsy in Ewing Sarcoma and Osteosarcoma as a Prognostic And Response Diagnostic: LEOPARD
This is a prospective multicenter biomarker study evaluating the prognostic impact of ctDNA detection at diagnosis in patients with Ewing sarcoma or osteosarcoma.
