PRolaCT - Three Prolactinoma RCTs
This study aims to investigate if endoscopic trans-sphenoidal prolactinoma resection as a first line treatment, or as an equally valid second line treatment after a short (4-6 months) or long (>2 years) period of pretreatment with a dopamine agonist is superior to standard care for several outcome parameters. The main objectives are to investigate this for quality of life and remission rate. The secondary objectives are to investigate this for biochemical disease control, recurrence rates, clinical symptom control, tumor shrinkage on MRI, pituitary functioning, the occurrence of adverse reactions to treatment, disease burden, and cost-effectiveness.

The purpose of this first in human study is to evaluate the feasibility, safety, and efficacy of administering TBio-4101 (tumor infiltrating lymphocytes [TIL]) after receiving a lymphodepleting chemotherapy regimen and before receiving interleukin-2 (IL-2) in participants with unresectable or metastatic melanoma.

Prophylactic Cholecystectomy in Midgut NETs Patients Who Require Primary Tumor Surgery.
The investigators want to study the effectiveness of prophylactic cholecystectomy in patients with midgut neuroendocrine tumor (jejunum, ileum or proximal colon) who require primary tumor surgery. When patients are diagnosed and are tributary to surgical treatment, the tumor might compromise vascularization, and patients need an extensive bowel resection. The patients might also receive medical treatment with somatostatin analogs. Glioblastoma is the most frequent and aggressive primary brain tumor in adults. A team recently showed that baseline plasma levels of matrix metalloproteinase-2 (MMP2) and matrix metalloproteinase-9 (MMP9) were correlated to bevacizumab activity in patients with recurrent glioblastoma. Prospective Data Registry and Quality of Life Assessment of Patients Undergoing Radiotherapy With the RefleXion Medical Radiotherapy System
The purpose of this prospective cohort study is to assess clinical and quality of life measures as well as to define the severity of adverse effects for the use of the RefleXion system to deliver intensity-modulated radiotherapy (IMRT), stereotactic body radiotherapy (SBRT), or SCINTIX Biology-guided radiotherapy (BgRT) in standard of care (SOC) use in the treatment of local,loco-regionally advanced, and oligometastatic malignancies. In addition, patient costs and charges will be analyzed to quantify the health economic impact of this modality. Workflow and quality of radiotherapy planning including a collection of dosimetric data will also be analyzed.

Prospective Evaluation of AI R&D Tool in Adult Glioma and Other Primary Brain Tumours (PEAR-GLIO)
Pear Bio has developed a 3D microtumor assay and computer vision pipeline through which the response of an individual patient's tumor to different anti-cancer regimens can be tested simultaneously ex vivo.
