Study of RYZ101 Compared With SOC in Pts w Inoperable SSTR+ Well-differentiated GEP-NET That Has Progressed Following 177Lu-SSA Therapy
This study aims to determine the safety, pharmacokinetics (PK) and recommended Phase 3 dose (RP3D) of RYZ101 in Part 1, and the safety, efficacy, and PK of RYZ101 compared with investigator-selected standard of care (SoC) therapy in Part 2 in subjects with inoperable, advanced, well-differentiated, somatostatin receptor expressing (SSTR+) gastroenteropancreatic neuroendocrine tumors (GEP-NETs) that have progressed following treatment with Lutetium 177-labelled somatostatin analogue (177Lu-SSA) therapy, such as 177Lu-DOTATATE or 177Lu-DOTATOC (177Lu-DOTATATE/TOC), or 177Lu-high affinity [HA]-DOTATATE.

Study of Sonodynamic Therapy in Participants with Recurrent High-Grade Glioma
A Phase 0 single center, first in human, open-label study of ascending energy doses of sonodynamic therapy (SDT) utilizing the MRgFUS combined with intravenous ALA to assess safety and efficacy in up to 45 participants with recurrent HGG. Eligible participants who are scheduled for resection will be administered intravenous (IV) aminolevulinic acid HCl (ALA) approximately six to seven (6-7) hours prior to receiving sonodynamic therapy (SDT).

Study of Stereotactic Radiosurgery With Olaparib Followed by Durvalumab and Physician's Choice Systemic Therapy in Subjects With Breast Cancer Brain Metastases
This study is a Phase I/II study evaluating the safety and effectiveness of focused radiation therapy (radiosurgery) together with olaparib, followed by immunotherapy, for patients with brain metastases from triple negative or BRCA-mutated breast cancers. This study will have a Phase I portion in which subjects will be enrolled based on 3+3 dose escalation rules. Three dose levels of olaparib will be studied. Cycle 1 of study treatment will consist of Olaparib given twice daily concurrently with stereotactic radiosurgery (SRS). Olaparib will start one week prior to SRS and continue during and following SRS (1-5 fractions) for up to 28 days total. The number of doses...

Study of the Effectiveness and Safety of Acasunlimab Alone and With Pembrolizumab to Treat Advanced Melanoma of the Skin That Has Returned After Treatment With an Approved Checkpoint Inhibitor Therapy (ABBIL1TY MELANOMA-07)
The goal of this clinical trial is to learn about the effectiveness and safety of the bispecific antibody acasunlimab (also known as DuoBody®-PD-L1x4-1BB) when given either alone or together with the cancer drug pembrolizumab in participants with locally advanced or metastatic melanoma of the skin. All participants will receive active drugs; no one will be given a placebo. The trial duration will be approximately 15 months for each participant, including a 28-day screening period and estimated 4-month treatment and 10-month follow-up periods; however, the duration of the treatment and follow-up periods may vary for each participant. Participants will have regular check-ups...

Study of the Value of HPG80 (circulating Progastrin) for the Diagnosis of Neuroendocrine Tumours in Patients with an MEN1 Mutation
Multiple Endocrine Neoplasia type 1 (MEN1) is an autosomal dominant disease with a high degree of penetrance (>80% of patients). It is caused by the presence of the MEN1 mutation located on chromosome 11q13. The prevalence of this mutation is estimated at approximately 1/30,000. This hereditary syndrome is characterized by the presence of tumours of the endocrine system (adenoma of the parathyroid, pituitary and adrenal glands, neuroendocrine tumors - NETs - of the endocrine pancreas, duodenum, lung or thymus), which threaten the health of these patients. Other malignant tumors such as breast cancer are also more common in patients with MEN1. The clinical manifestations of MEN1...
