A Study of Tumor Imaging With Multispectral Optoacoustic Tomography
Participants in this study will have Multispectral Optoacoustic Tomography/MSOT imaging of both breasts immediately before their ultrasound-guided breast biopsy procedure begins. After the MSO imaging is completed, participation in the study will end.

A Study on the Safety and Effectiveness of Anlotinib for Neoadjuvant Treatment of PPGL
This phase II trial studies the effectiveness of anlotinib hydrochloride in the neoadjuvant therapy of locally advanced, or unresectable pheochromocytoma or paragangliom(PPGL). Anrotinib is used preoperatively in order to change unresectable tumors to resectable and reduce the high risk of surgery.

Stage 1: To select the optimal dose of naporafenib + trametinib to be studied in Stage 2.
