Engineered Neuroblastoma Cellular Immunotherapy (ENCIT)-01
Patients with recurrent or refractory neuroblastoma are resistance to conventional chemotherapy. For this reason, the investigators are attempting to use T cells obtained directly from the patient, which can be genetically modified to express a chimeric antigen receptor (CAR). The CAR enables the T cell to recognize and kill the neuroblastoma cell through the recognition of CD171, a protein expressed of the surface of the neuroblastoma cell in patients with neuroblastoma. This is a phase 1 study designed to determine the maximum tolerated dose of the CAR+ T cells.

Ensartinib in Treating Patients With Relapsed or Refractory Advanced Solid Tumors, Non-Hodgkin Lymphoma, or Histiocytic Disorders With ALK or ROS1 Genomic Alterations (A Pediatric MATCH Treatment Trial)
This phase II Pediatric MATCH treatment trial studies how well ensartinib works in treating patients with solid tumors, non-Hodgkin lymphoma, or histiocytic disorders with ALK or ROS1 genomic alterations that have come back (recurrent) or does not respond to treatment (refractory) and may have spread from where it first started to nearby tissue, lymph nodes, or distant parts of the body (advanced). Ensartinib may stop the growth of tumor cells by blocking some of the enzymes needed for cell growth.

ERC1671/GM-CSF/Cyclophosphamide for the Treatment of Glioblastoma Multiforme
This phase II clinical trial studies how well ERC1671 plus Granulocyte-macrophage colony-stimulating factor (GM-CSF) plus Cyclophosphamide with Bevacizumab works compared to Placebo Injection plus Placebo Pill with Bevacizumab in treating patients with recurrent/progressive, bevacizumab naïve glioblastoma multiforme and gliosarcoma (World Health Organization (WHO) grade IV malignant gliomas, GBM).

Erdafitinib for the Treatment of Patients With Castration-Resistant Prostate Cancer
This phase II trial studies the effect of erdafitinib in treating patients with prostate cancer that grows and continues to spread despite the surgical removal of the testes or drugs to block androgen production (castration-resistant). Erdafitinib may stop the growth of tumor cells by blocking some of the enzymes needed for cell growth. Giving erdafitinib may help control disease in patients with castration-resistant prostate cancer. In addition, studying samples of blood, tissue, plasma, and bone marrow from patients with castration-resistant prostate cancer in the laboratory may help doctors learn more about changes that occur in deoxyribonucleic acid (DNA) and...

This phase II Pediatric MATCH trial studies how well erdafitinib works in treating patients with solid tumors, non-Hodgkin lymphoma, or histiocytic disorders with FGFR mutations that have spread to other places in the body and have come back or do not respond to treatment. Erdafitinib may stop the growth of cancer cells with FGFR mutations by blocking some of the enzymes needed for cell growth.

ETAPA I: Peptide-based Tumor Associated Antigen Vaccine in GBM
This is a phase 1b study of P30-linked EphA2, CMV pp65, and survivin vaccination (collectively called the P30-EPS vaccine) in HLA-A*0201 positive patients with a newly diagnosed, unmethylated, and untreated World Health Organization (WHO) grade IV malignant glioma.

Evaluating the Effects of Cannabis Use and Circulating Cannabinoids on Tumor Infiltrating Lymphocytes in Malignant Melanoma
The goal of this proposal is to determine how cannabinoid use affects the tumor immune microenvironment (TME) of melanoma by correlating TILs with reported cannabinoid use and circulating plasma cannabinoids. The central hypothesis is that cannabinoid use decreases TILs in melanoma in a dose-dependent fashion. This is important because cannabinoid-driven TME changes in melanoma may alter patient outcomes mediated by TILs and response to standard of care ICI treatments.

Evaluation of Preoperative Functional Magnetic Resonance Imaging (fMRI) in Patients With Brain Tumors
The purpose of this study is to test the accuracy of using an imaging technique called breath-holding functional magnetic resonance imaging (BH fMRI) in addition to the standard imaging test described above. This study will allow the researchers to find out whether using BH fMRI in combination with the standard approach is the same as, better, or worse than the standard approach used alone.
