Dinutuximab, Sargramostim, and Combination Chemotherapy in Treating Patients With Newly Diagnosed High-Risk Neuroblastoma
This phase II pilot trial studies the side effects and how well dinutuximab and sargramostim work when combined with chemotherapy in patients with high-risk neuroblastoma. Immunotherapy with monoclonal antibodies, such as dinutuximab, may induce changes in the body's immune system and may interfere with the ability of tumor cells to grow and spread. Sargramostim helps the body produce normal infection-fighting white blood cells. These cells also help the dinutuximab work better. Dose-Escalated Photon IMRT or Proton Beam Radiation Therapy Versus Standard-Dose Radiation Therapy and Temozolomide in Treating Patients With Newly Diagnosed Glioblastoma
This randomized phase II trial studies how well dose-escalated photon intensity-modulated radiation therapy (IMRT) or proton beam radiation therapy works compared with standard-dose radiation therapy when given with temozolomide in patients with newly diagnosed glioblastoma. Radiation therapy uses high-energy x-rays and other types of radiation to kill tumor cells and shrink tumors. Specialized radiation therapy that delivers a high dose of radiation directly to the tumor may kill more tumor cells and cause less damage to normal tissue. Dose Escalation Study of CLR 131 in Children, Adolescents, and Young Adults With Relapsed or Refractory Malignant Tumors Including But Not Limited to Neuroblastoma, Rhabdomyosarcoma, Ewings Sarcoma, and Osteosarcoma
The study evaluates CLR 131 in children, adolescents, and young adults with relapsed or refractory malignant solid tumors and lymphoma and recurrent or refractory malignant brain tumors for which there are no standard treatment options with curative potential.

Dose Escalation Trial of Neoadjuvant Radiosurgery for the Treatment of Metastatic Brain Tumors
The purpose of this study is to study if giving radiation to a brain tumor (a procedure called radiosurgery) before neurosurgery (surgery to remove the tumor) will help to keep brain tissue healthy, while possibly eliminating the need to return for radiation once a patient has healed from neurosurgery. This study will also seek the best radiation dose on a brain tumor based on how well the radiation therapy works and asses the side-effects.

Dual Tracer (68Ga-DOTATATE and 18F-FDG) PET Imaging in G2 & G3 Gastroenteropancreatic Neuroendocrine Tumors
The variable clinical outcome of patients with G2 & G3 well diff GEP-NETs makes the selection of an optimal treatment strategy challenging. Initial data suggests that high DOTATATE uptake and low FDG uptake are suggestive of low grade disease, with an indolent course. Conversely, low DT uptake and high FDG uptake are suggestive of high-grade/ aggressive disease. G2/3 GEP NETs may be biologically diverse; clinically relevant cohort for dual-tracer PET imaging. Duvelisib in Combination With Nivolumab in Patients With Advanced Unresectable Melanoma
This trial is a Phase I/II study in which a combination of duvelisib and nivolumab will be used to treat a total of patients diagnosed with advanced unresectable melanoma who have progressed on anti-PD1 therapy. The Recommended Phase II Dose of oral duvelisib will be determined and administered with intravenous nivolumab 480mg for up to 1 year or until the patient's disease does not progress or the patient experiences unacceptable side effects to treatment.

E6201 and Dabrafenib for the Treatment of Central Nervous System Metastases From BRAF V600 Mutated Metastatic Melanoma
This phase I tests the safety, side effects, and best dose of E6201 in combination with dabrafenib in treating patients with BRAF V600 mutated melanoma that has spread to the central nervous system (central nervous system metastases). E6201 may stop the growth of tumor cells by blocking some of the enzymes needed for cell growth. Dabrafenib is used in patients whose cancer has a mutated (changed) form of a gene called BRAF. It is in a class of medications called kinase inhibitors. It works by blocking the action of an abnormal protein that signals tumor cells to multiply. This helps stop the spread of tumor cells. Education for Prevention of Melanoma in Hispanic Populations
This clinical trial is to develop an educational platform to educate and prevent melanoma in Hispanic populations. Melanoma is cancer arising in the skin. Educational platforms to increase the knowledge and practice of sun smart behaviors (sunscreen use, sun protective clothing use, self-skin examination) may help reduce risk of and incidence of melanoma and improve cancer survival.

Effect H2 Water on QoL of Patients Receiving Radiotherapy for High Grade Gliomas.
This is a pilot randomized control trial (RCT) to explore the effects of hydrogen rich water on quality of life in patients with high grade gliomas, receiving focal radiation therapy to the brain concurrent with chemotherapy with Temozolomide.
