First in Human Study of NVG-111 in Relapsed/Refractory ROR1+ Malignancies
NVG-111 is a bispecific antibody drug, having two "arms", one arm attaches to a substance on cancer cells called ROR1, the other arm attaches to the body's immune cells directing them to kill the cancer cells. This is the first clinical trial of the drug NVG-111, and will include patients with certain types of cancer including chronic lymphocytic leukaemia (CLL), small lymphocytic lymphoma (SLL) mantle cell lymphoma (MCL), follicular lymphoma (FL) and diffuse large B cell lymphoma (DLBCL) in Group A. Subjects with solid tumours, focusing initially on stage IV non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC) or malignant melanoma.

First-in-human Trial of PhOx430, a First-in-class Acetylglucosaminyltransferase V Inhibitor, in Advanced Solid Tumours
The PhAST Trial is an adaptive first-in-human clinical trial of the acetylglucosaminyltransferase V inhibitor PhOx430 in patients with advanced solid tumours conceived and designed with the contribution of the Gianni Bonadonna Foundation, a non-profit academic research institution aimed at promoting therapeutic innovation in oncology.. The trial includes two parts, a dose escalation phase which will enroll patients with non-selected tumour types, followed by a cohort expansion phase in selected tumour types.

First-line Anlotinib Combined With Penpulimab for Advanced Pheochromocytoma: A Single-arm, Multicenter, Prospective Phase II Study
There is currently no standard first-line treatment for stage PPGL, and the 5-year survival rate of patients with advanced pheochromocytoma/paraganglioma (PPGL) is low, ranging from 30% to 60%. At present, several domestic teams have carried out clinical studies on the treatment of advanced PPGL with good efficacy. In the early stage, our center used anrotinib to treat advanced PPGL, and the overall effective rate reached 44%. In the early stage, our team used anrotinib combined with PD-1 monoclonal antibody to treat advanced PPGL patients. The effective rate reached 66% (2/3). Therefore, the investigators plan to further conduct ...

Fitness to Aid the Brain and Cognitive Skills
The study will assess the feasibility of a pilot clinical trial of community-led aerobic exercise training for paediatric brain tumour survivors (PBTS) and the feasibility of a web-based platform to deliver this exercise training. It is hypothesized that 12 weeks of community-led exercise training will be feasible for PBTS and the web-based platform will be feasible to deliver exercise training by community-based instructors.
